These Terms and Conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. Please read these carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. All prices on this web site are correct at time of publishing errors and omissions exempt. Safe-T-Seat reserves the right to change prices at anytime without notice. Please be aware that delivery charges are non-refundable.
Purchasing From Us
By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for any other purposes. We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.
We aim to deliver goods to you within 2 working days or a specific day if required except Saturday/Sunday.Please advise but we cannot give an exact delivery time of day.We use a national courier company.
Signing For Goods
You should inspect the goods as soon as you receive them for defects or damage before you sign, however this is not always possible and it is strongly advisable to cross out the words "Received in good condition" and writing "DAMAGED", before you sign. Unfortunately no other wording is accepted by our carriers and we will be unable to support any claims for damages unless the goods have been signed for in this way. If you do not sign for the goods yourself please inform anyone who may sign on your behalf about this information. By signing for the goods in "Good Condition" you will be accepting the goods without damages.
If the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will automatically put it on back order for you. We will always contact you with the option of an alterative item or to cancel your order.
All seats are covered by the manufacturers 12 month warranty. However,If you undertake any unauthorised repair work to your seat, you may invalidate your guarantee.
Safe-T-Seat does not disclose buyers information to third parties. Information is collected through the ordering process, or through e-mail enquires. Information gathered is not used for unsolicited mailing, either land mail or electronic.
We will not pass on any details to any other parties. When you make an order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. We also ask for your phone number, so that we can call notify you of your order status. Your credit card details are deleted after an order has been despatched.
Most orders are shipped same day depending on what time your order arrives. If you wish to cancel you order before it has been shipped, please email or ring us straight away. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been sent, then you must notify us in writing seven working days from the day after the goods are received. You must pay for the return of the seat. The refund will be sent via your original payment method minus the original carriage charge. Could you please send the seat back in the original box.
Your seat comes with a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. Should you experience any problems, then please write/email stating what the problem is and proof of purchase is required. We can arrange for the seat to be collected from you or you can return the seat to us. We will then issue you a full refund or arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you. Safe-T-Seat will refund the cost of the carriage provided you can supply the receipt of postage/courier charge.
You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
